Terms
Starship Space Program is an independent fan project made by Terraform Entertainment. These terms cover this website, the player area, and the alpha builds of the game.
A fan project
Starship Space Program is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX). Starship, Super Heavy, and SpaceX are trademarks of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. Kerbal Space Program is a trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. These names are used only to describe what the game is about and what it is inspired by. The vehicles, launch sites, and art in the game are our own models and renders.
The alpha
The alpha is an early, unfinished version of the game for Windows and macOS. It has bugs, features change or disappear between builds, and saves may not carry over. Play it as a preview, not a finished product.
- You may install it on your own computers and play it, stream it, and record videos of it, including monetized ones.
- You may not share the build files or your sign-in, sell or redistribute the game, or get around its sign-in check.
- Reverse engineering, cheating tools, and data mining for redistribution are not allowed, except where the law allows them.
- Ideas and bug reports you send may be used to improve the game, with no payment owed.
Patreon membership
Access to alpha builds comes with a paid membership on Patreon. Patreon handles the payment under its own terms, and refunds go through Patreon. Your membership tier decides which builds you can download in the player area. After you sign in once, the game keeps working offline, also if your membership ends; new builds need an active membership.
We can block access for abuse, such as sharing builds or sign-ins, and will say why when we can.
Warranty and liability
The alpha is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in membership in the last three months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Privacy and contact
What the sign-in stores is explained in the privacy notice. For questions, write to us on Discord or through Terraform Entertainment support.
These terms follow the laws of Brazil, without taking away the consumer protections of the country you live in. When they change, the date at the top changes.
